Special Needs Support/Elementary Parapro/CGSmrssmithlacschool.netLAC is such a gift to me and to my family! In 2022, my family moved to Ludington from Zeeland, MI. Not knowing much about Ludington, or anyone here at all, we jumped into life at St. Simon and LAC with gusto and were met with a warm and inviting community. In the years prior to moving to Ludington, I was a teacher of deaf and hard of hearing children for 9 years with a Master's Degree in Education and specialty in Early Childhood Education as well as certification in Levels 1 and 2 of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. Since then, I have started my certification for Level 3 of CGS, and am able to serve all ages at our school in a growing Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program.It's my dream job to introduce children to our Good Shepherd and walk with them as they learn and grow in relationship with Jesus. I am grateful to be able to do so in a place where I work with my own three children as well! May God continue to bless and walk with us each at LAC as we carry out the mission of loving God, serving others and doing our best.
