My name is Paul Carter and I am married to Tamara and we have three children and three grandchildren.  We have retired to Ludington after many years in the culinary industry.  I have apprenticed in Chicago and I have studied culinary arts across the U.S., France, Spain and Italy.  I owned a restaurant in Charlevoix and I have enjoyed being an executive chef at Kellogg Headquarters, Kalamazoo College and Western Michigan University. ​ We are blessed to live in Ludington and to enjoy God's mystical wonders in sunrises and sunsets.  The Lord has guided me to be here at LAC/St. Simon with all of you!
