My name is Paul Carter and I am married to Tamara and we have three children and three grandchildren. We have retired to Ludington after many years in the culinary industry. I have apprenticed in Chicago and I have studied culinary arts across the U.S., France, Spain and Italy. I owned a restaurant in Charlevoix and I have enjoyed being an executive chef at Kellogg Headquarters, Kalamazoo College and Western Michigan University. We are blessed to live in Ludington and to enjoy God's mystical wonders in sunrises and sunsets. The Lord has guided me to be here at LAC/St. Simon with all of you!
